How do I care for and launder my Hau’oli pieces?
Machine wash warm or cool on gentle/delicate cycle and please use a phosphate-free detergent to help reduce fading. Hang to dry. If using dryer, use Air cycle, with no heat. High heat will cause shrinkage. Note: Pieces are not pre-washed prior to shipping.
What fabrics do you use?
We only source GOTS certified organic cotton, which is grown using methods and materials that have a low impact on the environment. We also only use low-impact, water-based inks and dyes with no heavy metals.
Why have the fabric colours faded?
The colours will fade if powerful detergents or bleaching agents are used. Tip: When washing prints, turn them inside out during the first few washes, which will help lock in the colours.
Do you ship to the USA or International?
We only ship throughout Canada and the USA. International orders upon request. See above for our Shipping Policy.
